It's cheap, maintenace is great, management makes things happens. As an acc student I priced surrounding 2/2 apartments and this one is CHEAP. Yes it can get a little loud with the people who live next to me, but it's usually over at a reasonable hour. All the people who live here have been incredibly polite except a creep in building 12 that followed me to walgreens (watch out for this guy.... tall, lanky, white , with buzzed brown hair, and odd posture.) My electricity bills runs between $80-$130 but I kick at 68 degrees. They even came in one day when I complained about an annoying click in my fan and replaced it with a beautiful silent one that will get a room cold in no time! The parking lot/pool area is very well lit. There is a ton of friendly gradeschool kids always playing a pickup game of football in the evenings, so I'm to assume it's a good area to have kids around. All in all I have no clue why the ratings are so low. I love it here. It's home!

I agree in so many ways. I see that there aren't so many nails in the parking lot and not as many flat tires. I must say that the new management is not as good. I got a good feeling that the current owner is trying to sell the whole place. Yes I know that is crazy but these apartments have been so iffy and unorganize and the way they rate the water bill is crazy. Yes I have seen as many as 5 to 9 people staying in a 2 bedroom apartment and it is always a party every day of the week. The weight room is just a place to have sex and I've seen condoms there so I guess someone is working out there. I've notice several empty apartments through out the complex and I see they are struggling to get them filled and they are loosing people every week. I just may be next because there are so many problems.

I don't know about sex in the gym I my patio is starring in it and I've never seen any of that nonsense. Or nails in the parking lot, but all apartments are down on their luck The economy is screwed. I think the staff is decently put together. If they could just put an issue to the rift raft with all the noise.
