Nasty Pool and Bad Maintence

The pool stinks like fish and is green with slime in it they finally cleaned it but you can imagine how and after many residents call the health dept.
The maintenance is bad I have lived here about 6 months the dish washer and a/c still does not work after many request for repairs.
Many leaks from ceiling and under sinks and still no repairs have been made.
No window seals on windows but still no repairs yet and ivys crawling in thru the windows but still they see no need for repairs.
Roach and spider infested badly . TRUST ME IT'S VERY TRUE a neighbor found a brown recluse in her bed and a tarantula in her room
They have very bad outside lighting at night if they even turn them on sometimes they don't turn them on for weeks at a time
The people around the complex are routty and sarcastic it's better to stay to yourself
There's drug dealing going on at this property
Yard is flea infested
The nutty tenants they allow use the restroom in the washers and smear the walls with bm
They gave me the apartment just the way the people who lived here before me moved out and it was paid in full deposit rent and app fee 3 weeks before the 1st of the month
The manager says she will have a worker go over to fix it and all she does is lies like crazy thats why they took 2 apartment complexes away from them in the Northeast Austin area because they don't do there job that they are getting paid to do
I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO EXPIRE I AM GOING TO RUN SO FAST AND NOT EVEN LOOK BACK
I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ANY OF THERE APARTMENT COMPLEXES THEY ARE ALL BAD.
PRICES ARE GREAT BUT THE SERVICES ARE BAD ALL THERE APARTMENTS HAVE BAD PROBLEMS THAT CAN BE AN EASY FIX BUT THEY TAKE MONTHS TO FIX THEM OR JUST DON'T WORRY ABOUT FIXING THEM AT ALL UNTIL YOU MAKE A CALL TO THE CITY CODE ENFORCEMENT DEPT
GOOD LUCK IF YOU MOVE IN
