I moved in April 01, 2008 paid rent , deposit and app fee on March 17, 2008 apartment was not ready Angelita said apt will be ready when you'll move in .
I was given the key to apt on April 01 , 2008 when me and my movers walked in the apt had furniture in it my movers had to move the furniture out , was not cleaned at all , carpet was all dirty with spots and cigarette burns carpet was not even steam cleaned and apt was not painted or cleaned .
No window seals on 2 windows then Angel comes and puts glue on one window and sticky tape on the other window which in about a week comes off but he calls that repaired
Apt needed alot of repairs done to it which I did put on move in sheet . And I have pictures to show also .
The lights out side the apts most of them don't even work or they just dont want to turn them on when the fire men came out one night they could not even find the apt they were looking for due to it being so dark out here they had to get there flash lghts out to find the apt number.
A/c unit never worked and as of today still does not work .On 09/18/08 Angelita said she would tell maintenance to come over and fix a/c today he never came. On 09/19/08 I went to office spoke with Angelita again about a/c she said Angel will be out today he never came by . On 09/20/08 Angelita said maintenance does not work on saturday but I will tell Angel to go fix a/c. never came by. On 09/23/08 I went to office Angelita said Angel will be out today he brought the machine to fix the a/c unit I told her I don't care I am tired of lies handed Angelita a 3rd request to repair a/c unit and Angel never came by to fix the a/c unit the way she said he would be by on 09/23/08 to fix a/c unit
Ceiling had many leaks in it as of today it still does .
Apt is roach infested all sizes .
Apt has bed bugs in it but the manager Angelita has not even bothered to send an exterminator over when I moved in I thought the apt had fleas and I reported it to Angelita but she did nothing a couple of months later I find small bugs on my sofa set and find out they are bed bugs and all Angelita said company has no money for an exterminator come to find out the carpet is infested with these bugs we have also been bitten constantly by these bugs but Anglita sees no reason for an exterminator even though I have given her written request asking for an exterminator.
I would not recommend these apt's to anyone the manager Angelita lies so much I don't trust her an more she tells me she will have the maintenance come over the same day or the next and it takes him weeks to come , the maintenance guy Angel comes out to many time to repair the same problem and never gets the job done and tells you he will be back to finish the job the next day and never comes back.
Both Angelita the manager and Angel the maintenance guy are very unprofessional you will constantly see the maintenance guys sitting in the office talking with Angelita instead of out working on what needs to be repair and Angelita constantly sitting in the office smoking and talking with friends ( tenants that daily sit in the office with her another thing Angelita tells tenant business to other tenants which should not be happening I know because she told 1 tenant my business then the tenant without knowing who I was came out telling me what Angelita told her about another tenant and come to figure it was me she was talking about she has no right or business telling other tenants my business or any other tenants business .
She should talk about the things she does not tenants to tenants business.
All she does is blames her boss Melaine for things not getting repaired or says company has no money for repairs or blames tenants that don't pay their rent for not having money for repairs.
ALSO I HAVE SEEN MANY FIGHTS BETWEEN RESIDENTS
I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO MOVE HERE
I CAN NOT WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO EXPIRE
