my boyfriend and I moved here from CA and I have to say: I love my apartment, but I HATE the nieghborHOOD. This ap. is in a decrepid ghetto {Barrio, actually. Everyone is an illegal immigrant. That I dont care about but really, exept it seems that this hood has an extreem amout of crime, prostitutes, crack heads, shootings rapes and abductions.) This complex is very safe tho. The managers Sharron and Ron are very good managers. They are polite and are very vigilant. They do not tolerate any illegal or disruptive behavior. (they evict some one almost every week it seems. We never really have crime within the complex because of this.) They can be over vigilant sometimes (your in big trouble if u leave your trash outside your door.) But its worth it, really. The apartments are clean and bug free. Any problem you have gets fixed the same day if not immediatley by Garth, the handy man, who is productive and kind. Draw backs: sometimes you get a bad apple who brings in a hooker, but everyone here know each other so the last time a hooker was here 3 women that live here ran her ass out! APD doesent patrol near as much as they should. The illegals have a flea market in the lot behind us every weekend and you have mariachi and mexican rap blaring at 11 all weekend 24 hrs sat/sun. All the -------- in the hood get wasted and abusive and knife each other and pickpocket. {ok, ok, I know how it sounds but Im not making it up this hood is like a 3rd world country. Its not safe to walk around outside the complex} inside the complex is nice tho, everyone here is nice and helpfull. Also a draw back is the price. Way to expensive for the size of my unit. But they do come furnished with good furniture. Also, the walls are very thick and well built. You never hear your neighbors. And it is a small complex.

I wouldent recommend Warren House, but that is purely based on the neighborhood. But if you need a quick place to get into cuz your down on your luck, than try it out, they do rent by the week. And it is an ok looking place, its not shabby. It is well kept.
