This management company is terrible. This company (Ranier management)is nothing but amateurs. Let's just say that we're living on a different property than we paid for. Its like pulling teeth trying to get a maintenance person out here (two to three weeks for a clogged bathtub, thats right, up to the calf water every time I shower). Also, its so close to campus, its like a dorm in here. Terrible, terrible place to live.
