Where do I begin? It's overpriced, the management company is the worst in West Campus, you can hear your neighbors whispering next door, and the entire place is trashed out every weekend. That would be the tip of the iceberg. Campus & Central properties will do their best to ignore your maintenance requests, I assure you. We didn't even get the washer and dryer that was supposed to be in the apartment when we got there until 2 months after we moved in. They advertised the place to us as a good apartment to party in, and then halfway through the year imposed a rule that allows them to fine you if they see your party spilling out onto the courtyard. There's really nothing more to say than RUN, do not walk, AWAY from Campus & Central.
It is quite obvious that the first review of this place is from an associate of campus and central, since no one I know that lives here now would ever think of renewing.
