CAMPUS & CENTRAL SUCK SOOO BAD, IT'S ILLEGAL From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Never in a million years did I ever think I would have to deal with people as crooked or as rude as the people at Campus & Central. Living at the Waterford was disgusting enough, but having to deal with lackluster repairs on broken appliances and all of the charges they attempted to gain from me after moving out of that hell-hole was absolutely infuriating. They tried to charge me for damages that already existed in the crappy condo when I first moved in, not to mention the fact that they attempted to steal more of my money by charging me for water and rent that I had already paid for. They are the WORST Property Management company in Texas. Deal with them and get screwed over.
