The management was terrible and never took care of anything. It was constantly dirty and had roaches and spiders plus trash everywhere. They screwed us over with money and made changes to the contract after we signed it! When something needed to be fixed we had to call and ask time and time again. They never were nice or helpful. They charged us for things we didnt do and were awful about getting our deposit back to us. There was always trash and crap all over the place. Pretty much a horrible place to live because of the management and how they did not attend to the grounds at all. They would place notes on our doors about new fees! Which is ----! They were always rude and didnt seem to know how to run a buisness! Waterford was awful to live at but I would never go with campus and central properties...they are the worst apartment managers ever! So unorganized and really had no idea how to run a business. Stay away from campus and central...they will screw you over big time! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

I agree, with Terry that this person obviously had issues and most definitely needs to get a life, for Waterford is awesome and Campus and Central is not to shabby either. I just leased with them for my third time.

Hey Anonymous, Your comments are funny and quite deceiving. How can you state all your complaints and not disclose your name so that we can defend ourselves. It is apparent that you may have had cockroches for your persoanl unit must have been filthy, for roaches come to scum. The complex is a fun and party place so yes there was crap as you so called it on many occassions but we have porters that go and pick up the property on a daily basis which is sad for they are picking up after people like you. If you did not receive your deposit it was because you did not deserve it back. We only hold back what we can legally collect and if you were one of the few units that destryoed their appliances by super gluing your refrigerator together or by making holes in the walls large enough for an elephant to pass through then yes, we kept your deposit. You should do your homework next time before making accustions that you can't support. We have over a 50% renewal rate at Waterford every year. Campus & Central Properties has been in business for over 11 years and is by far the best management company around and we have plenty of tenants that will agree. Were sorry you had such a horrible experience but grow up and act as an adult and maybe in the following years you will be treated as one!
