I lived at Waterford for over 2years now and I love it. My management company is putting new appliances in my unit and any issues I have had with maintance have always been taken care of promptly. I also have friends that moved out this past year and they got their deposit back in full. So, if you are looking for a fun place to live I strongly suggest Waterford and would definitely not listen to some of the past tenants for we had some crazy people that have lived here before.

Ah...It's ironic how management lambasts people for posting as anonymous when they have negative review yet posts as 'anonymous' when they want to pump themselves. Too funny.
