Apartment OK...Management another story

The apartment itself is actually not too bad even through it is old...but that's only the inside.
Everything else? Terrible...let me start with the management. You had all read here, it's all true story: Campus and Central is disorganize, rude, charge you new fee every once in a while. Want something fix? Have fun, I have to ask them 3 times EACH time to ask them to fix something, and usually they can't and say "come another time" (and of course, never came back). Yes..."slum lord" is a correct term describing it.
C&C are just bunch of scumbags who just wants your money. STAY AWAY FROM ANY C&C PROPERTIES, not that the properties are bad, but C&C is so bad that there is not another word to describe it.

You are total bogus. Your statement is totally bogus and that is why you are anonymous. If your facts were true then you would not be hiding and you are a bold face liar. Never has CCP ever said "come back another time" for the record all maintance is put in writing via email so you obviously have no clue as to what your saying. For those of you who ever read this do not pay attention. They are full of crap and have no self confidence to stand and be up front with which unit they supposedly lived in because they NEVER did live in one of the units. Get a life looser and stand up and be a man next time so that if your statements had any validity the Company management would be able to defend themselves.

Why is a name or unit # required for the Company to "defend" themselves? Why is the Company's idea of a defense throwing blanket insults at the OP? C&C coming here to hurl insults at those that post negative reviews only makes you look that much less professional and gives more credit to the 'anonymous' posters.

(From the reviewer): well, you know, I should as well leave them my name, unit number, so they can choose not to return any deposit due to some make up reason of their own ("Giving us a bad review")
Funny how the response is an ATTACK not any constructive comment on how to improve themselves. WAIT, why they would?
