I have read the comments written about this complex, but I must tell you, it is not that bad. Sometimes we have negative experiences, but for others, it could be a positive one. I can HONESTLY say, they have weeded out the most of the problems in concerns of bad tenants and more responsible and "neighbor friendly" neighbors are moving in. Not to mention the apt. specials here. It is not that bad, don't believe me' Try driving here around the night time, you will find it is not loud or boisterous - - but then again, the majority of the tenants here are pretty young, I am estimating between the ages of 19 - 40. In the lower age brackets, most of the ppl here are students. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place with a friendly atmosphere. As for the office staff, they are not rude or mean people, like other people in the world, you have to get to know the office staff as you would get to know your neighbors - - and that is for any apt. complex. I like it. In terms of maintenance, I agree, they are slow, but they are working on improving their time.
