This place is total hell... I have pictures of where my neighbors had a leak and it came into my apartment and 6 months later the apartment roof was not repaired.... Maintance there is a JOKE and there is new staff there every month.... The gates never work.... They had a sewage leak and instead of cleaning it up they spayed water on it and fecal matter ended up on cars and at the end of the complex there was standing water with fecal matter in it (I have pictures of that as well) Think again before you sign a lease with these people. We lived there a year and signed another lease in January and in May they said that we have not signed the new lease we tool them a copy of it and they said it was fixed and in June again they said the same thing and then said that we have 8 days to move cause they were charging us back fees for not signing... Can you believe that. The siding on the outside is comming off as well... :(
