I just moved out of these apartments (to buy a house) and have to say this was one of my greatest apartment experiences. The managers actually listen to me and visited with me. As far as maintenance Dan was cool he tried hard to get things done and was always happy and didnt mind going out to do workorders. I will always tell people to check this place out.
