I've been here just under 2 years and the management are just fine. Pay your rent on time and don't cause problems and they'll leave you be. The maintenance are among the best I've seen yet and thank goodness for that! It gives me peace of mind. I'm comparing to my ex-boyfriends apartment where it took weeks for the maintenance guys to come around...he always had something breaking down, leaking and there were often foul odors coming from the neighbours apartment -so Waters Edge is truly heaven and I'm quite glad to be here.
