This is a horrible apartment community. There was a problem with people coming from nearby apartment complexes to use the parking and the pool (which wouldn't be such a problem if they would ever fix the access gates) which in the evenings/nights/weekends causes parking problems. There were dog fesces, broken glass, and cigarette butts littering the property. Many of the outdoor security lights were never replaced in the entire time we lived there, even though many tenants had complained about it. There were several dangerous maintenance issues that went ignored (ie falling gutters, rotten or loose handrails, non-functioning gates) and for a year the pool was unusable, but it remained open. I know if at least three children at the complex that had to be treated by a physician for rashes/chlorine burns after swimming there. Maintenance was a huge issue. Most request were never fixed, and the ones that were filled were never finished, or completed poorly. Maintenence staff not careful with equipment (my small child found an open box cutter lying next to the pool, old appliances stored outdoors in walkways). There were periods of time when the trash would go uncollected for over a week. Office staff kept poor records (constantly losing maintenance requests, lost checks, waited 2 months to cash checks for rent then did both at once, one staff member would tell you one thing then someone else would tell you completely different info.) There was no weather stripping around the doors and the windows were not sealed. Had to repeatedly request airconditioner filters..had to change them myself. Apartment rules not enforced. Evidence of criminal and drug related activity. In other words...DO NOT RENT HERE!

I wouldn't let my son even put his foot in the pool there. And, yeah, the trash was a major problem. I know someone from the company who USED to do the professional carpet cleaning for them. The reason they quit doing it was because they NEVER got paid...same with the trash...the lack of maintenance on the pool...ETC. SO...what were they doing with all of our rent???????????? I'd love to know!!!
