When I lived in this Apartment Community 1 year ago it was horrible! The management had noone living on site and seemed to not care about there residents at all if it was not during business hours. I moved in here and paid my whole lease up front. I moved out after 6 months and got most of my money back. The problems were as follows. 1. No place to walk a pet and as a result, pet feces laying everywhere! 2. Clogged dryer vents leading to overheating dryers and dangers of fire 3. Metal conduit housing wires broke and laying over exposing wires to children while still hot! 4. People riding motor scooters around the parking lot every sunday and getting into fights with groundkeeper when ask to stop for noise control 5. Kids smoking weed on there balconies 6. Construction areas not taped off in pools area leaving nails and screws for people to step on if barefooted at the pool 7. Had to call the police numerous times to have neighbors turn t.v. or radio down 8. And last but not least, broken down cars taking up parking spaces when there was already a shortage of spots to park.

maintenance staff is the worst. They have repaired absolutely nothing in my apartment from the day I arrived almost a year ago. Office staff and maintenance have absolutely no intention of ever doing anything, but say it is the incompetancy of the other. No returned phone calls, police out here constantly for one violent act or another. Neighbors slam doors into your car with no regard. Loud noises and fights at all hours of the night and a pool that if someone actually cleaned it out at least once during the summer so fungus wasn't growing in it, would be beautiful.
