I lived at Venterra at Water's Edge for 2 years and lets just say what a mistake. It wasnt bad the first year but after I renewed it was horrible!
Between the leaky bathroom ceiling, the rats crawling all over the apartment at night and when I was gone. The A/C breaking down constantly. The maintenance staff was horrible.
Trash was all over the place on weekends from the dumpsters overflowing. The office staff has so much turnover. There isnt the same person working the day before. And of course they use that as an excuse...
Dont recommend. For the price, you can go anywhere so much better.
