The mgmt here is terrible!!! I cannot wait for my lease to be in fact I am thinking about paying to get out of my lease early so that I can maybe catch one of the summer specials in my someone else in the neighborhood.

I came to this complex thinking I was going to save some money for the amount of space I was getting. Well the money I have saved has been made up in frustration and paying for new tires. Yes tires. I have replaced three since I arrived in NOV at $60.00 a piece. They were replacing the roof for about 3 months and used the parking lot for storage and there were nails and screws all over the place. Just take a drive through the parking lot it looks HORRIBLE. Broken washing machines and AC units all over the place. They were replacing the fence in the back but I guess they ran out of funds b/c it is only half way done and they haven't worked on it anymore in months. Also the emergency main is a JOKE...Just this past weekend my daughters bedroom flooded causing water to leak into my living room and I called and NO ONE SHOWED UP UNTIL I CALLED BACK THAT EVENING....Also I am no snob but it is just too ghetto for me. I mean people in the pool fully clothed teens just walk right through the broken gates and come over and play basketball...Also in the winter if you are in one of the town homes prepare to freeze! Those beautiful windows are NOT insulated at all and when the wind blows real hard the blinds move proving they need to be resealed. The main. crew is different every other week. I have just moved here in NOV and only person has come to my apt more than once. The staff is really rude they don't always answer the phone during business hours and main. requests take forever to complete. I have had nothing but problems since before moving in and once I was complaining after my third tire had a nail and the manager had the nerve to ask me why did I move there!! I was to outdone at this point....Please listen to me if you are reading this I have nothing to gain by lying to you. Moving here will be the worst mistake of your life unless the living conditions I described is what you are looking for please take your dollars elsewhere.
