I have never lived in an apartment this bad in my entire life. I regret EVER stepping foot on that property. The swimming pool was filth the entire year, the management was unreliable and rude...AT BEST! Trash, break-ins (cars), etc....

HORRIBLE Experience!!!

It's unfortunate -- I lived here back in 1999, 2000, and part of 2001 when it was a "Marquis" property. Very nice place -- Staff was very helpful, maintenance was great, and there was a really good community there (water volleyball, BBQ's every weekend, etc.). Then Venterra bought the property. The old staff disappeared, the new staff could never be found (seemed the office was always locked and empty), the pool water turned green, maintenance was non-existant (even when I could manage to find a staff member to submit a maintenance ticket). It was evident in what direction things were going. I moved out a few months later when my lease was up. Eh, I'm looking to move again pretty soon and did have some fond memories of most of my time there. Unfortunately, it looks as things have really fallen apart.
