Poorly managed facility

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I had an apartment her fro 2 years, in that time the pool was only operational about half the time. The Hot tub never worked when I lived there, or if the jets were running it was never hot. Most of the time when the pool is "working" the water is very cloudy.

The staff is friendly, but they can't get the approval from corporate to maintain the place properly.

They have been working the past 6 months to fix the exterior walls and roof, so it might get better.
