lived here for almost a year, I have had a rat problem,little roaches carpenter ants sugar ants and just yesterday found a brown recluse spider.and im not talking a small little rat either talking about the size of a small cat. and thats not even all the trouble. i live in the 2 story 2 bebroom.in the summer the electric is crazy expensive and the upstairs is always hot nomatter what.and in the winter its always cold downstairs even with the heater on. you can literally feel the breeze coming into your living room from the big tall windows that arent silled properley and from the doors. The hot tub is never hot.and we have had some one break into our vehicle. I shouldn't have to pay some one as much as i do for rent with as many problems as i have to deal with,its ridiculouse.The only thing good i can say is the people are nice in the office.oh and another thing thats crazy is the water bill.you pay a water bill and then a waste water bill.you can end up paying like 40 bucks for water someone is getting robbed and it aint them,its me.

We have a professional pest control company that comes every week, at no cost to our residents. If you are having an issue with rodents or pest please inform our staff immediately and we will put your apartment home down for treatment. Texas weather is very hard to predict and can effect your electricity bill. The City of Austin has some great ideas for conserving energy. Please let us know where you've noticed air coming through and a member of our maintenance team can go out and seal those areas. The hot tub is under construction. We hope that it will be up and running properly in the near future. The water bill is allocated and is configured by how many occupants are in the apartment home and the square footage. Don't hesitate to bring in the bills in which you are concerned about. Our manager will be happy to review those with you. Please come by the office with any concerns you have so we can address them immediately.

Its funny how you say the hot tub is under construction...I was here from Jan. 07 - Jan. 08 and the hot tub has NEVER worked properly.
