They change management almost as much as I change my damned underpants! They DO NOT call you back for anything.....they could not possibly care less about the tenants or what we go through here just to get some peace and quiet!! If you like the palm trees and the pool here and are thinking of moving here...look at the pool and listen to the wind in the trees and then RUN! And if do see a blue pool here you are lucky b/c that pool is all shades of brown and green and once it was even white ... Maintenance has always been nice here though...even though the poor guys are given crappy parts and crappy management to work with. Wow...I could go on and on...

Waters Edge had been through some staff changes. We have a great team in place who is always willing and wanting to address any of your concerns. A courtesy officer is also available 24/7 should you be having an issue with noise after business hours. The pool is maintained daily, Monday - Friday, weather permitting; ill weather does effect the levels of the pool. Our maintenance staff does work very hard and appreciate that our residents notice. If maintenance is in need of any tools they are sure to inform the correct staff. We encourage you to come by the office with any concerns you may have.
