I have lived here for 3 months and have found it to be a great place to call "home" in Austin! The office staff are great, friendly, and helpful. The mainenance staff are top notch, and friendly as well - and repairs, or even just air filter changes, are done quickly (usually within 24 hrs.) It is a quiet community, with 2 gorgeous pool areas that make you feel like you're living in California! There are no loud parties lasting into the wee hours, there are no "gangs", and the property is exceptionally maintained, both outside and inside. There is plenty of light at night, and I feel very safe walking to and from my car at night. It is close to everything! The management also do a great job of hosting resident appreciation events every month and, in short, I am delighted to live here! My electric bills are low and the floorplans are great! You need to come by and have a look if you're in the market for an apartment that's easy driving distance to just about anywhere! Be sure to tell them "Lost in Austin" referred you!
