My and my fiancee have been living here for 2 years now and love it. The neighbors, at least surrounding us, are very courteous and quiet. The management team hosts a social event monthly and provide school aged children with snacks after school. There's always parking spots near our apartment. The pool is awesome! The only thing about the pools I don't enjoy is that only one of the areas have water deeper than 4ft. But it really is a gorgeous pool setting with several different areas the have fountains and seclusion from other areas. The beautiful palm trees and flowers are also very nice that are surrounding the pool.

For the Cons:
The maintenance team took about a week to replace our microwave. Another thing that bothered me was when management didn't warn the residents about them redoing the parking lot and I woke up to my car gone. I had to walk around the complex to realize that my car and all of the other tenant cars were relocated to one area of the complex via tow truck without our consent.

We are so happy to hear that you and your fiance have been enjoying your stay here with us. We strive to provide excellent service to our residents and while our 48 business hour turnaround time for work orders is in place, we do have quite a few brand new GE appliances which are still under warranty and are required to be serviced by GE themselves. Unfortunately, this can take a bit longer than our normal turnaround time but we always try to make the process as smooth as possible. We do apologize if some residents were not aware of the repavement project to our parking lot and the procedures. We did make every effort to keep our residents up to date with information including intial flyers regarding the dates and times of each section where work would be performed and reminder flyers each day prior to the section to be worked on. Again, we are glad to hear you are happy here at Waters Edge.
