I have been living here for about a year and a half and I cannot wait to move out! Maintenance is very slow to respond to requests, if they ever do, and management seems clueless. The ----------------- in the office is rude and doesn't seem to care. If they spent more time responding to tenants needs and less posting stupid little notices on doors about Waters Edge events, the place might be a little better.

I live on the first floor and it sounds as if there are elephants above me! Perhaps they should have considered some interior remodeling as the same time they did all the exterior remodeling -- which took about 8 months! The water bill/trash bill are always extraordinarily high, and it is a rip off. Also, 2 washers and 2 dryers for so many people' Really, Waters Edge, is this a good idea' I hate this place so much. I would never recommend living here to anyone else.

We are sorry to hear that you have not enjoyed your stay here with us. Our maintenance guaranty ensures your work orders will be taken care of within 48 business hours unless additional parts or labor are required. Our Cares Team events are one of our most popular ammenities and our resident turnout for these events definitely reflects that. Our Cares events also give our residents an opportunity to discuss any property issues and get to know our staff in a casual, relaxed environment. First floor living can definitely be a bit noisy in any apartment community, however many people prefer the convenience of being on the ground floor. We do, however, have some wonderful townhome style floor plans available which do not have a floor above them and our residents are encouraged to approach our office about an on-site transfer should their current floor plan not appropriately accomodate them. As all of our floor plans, save for our efficencies, come equipped with washer and dryer connections, our laundry facility houses only a handfull. We are also conveniently located between two commercial laundry centers within two blocks of us. We also have partial and fully upgraded units available for rent which entail new feux wood flooring, brand new black appliances and upgraded cabinetry.
