I have lived at Venterra At Waters Edge for a year, I will admit that I have had some problems with the office staff, but recently they have hired new staff that are outstanding, friendly, and helpful. I feel the same about the maintenance. The property is very well kept. Every apartment communtiy has there problems, but over all, I would recommend this community to anyone
