I loved living at Waters Park, the other tenants were great and friendly. The ONLY reason I moved out was because of the management staff and the front desk staff, they were constantly rude to me, the manager made me feel like I was still living at home with my parents having one of the maintentance men that lived on site, spy on me and my guests. I feel like they violated my privacy and pick out the "younger" people to watch. There are hours at the pool, but kids out there running around screaming don?t get told a thing, but yet you have a couple of friends around the pool at night and you are "trespassing" If the complete staff in the front were to be replaced, you?d have much happy tenants. The only staff that I had anything nice to talk about to were two of the maintantence men, they were the greatest guys, and talked to you like you were a person, not a child. Seriously, if you are thinking about moving into these apartments, REMEMBER, the front staff puts on an act to get you to sign and then they turn on you. Oh yeah, and the so- called business center is always broken, no paper, no ink for the printer, internet is down. None the less, not an ammenity that they should even advertise. It is false advirtisment.
