Contrary to the earlier reviews, Waters Park is a nice place to live. The construction is fairly new, and when we moved in our apt was sparkling clean. We have only had two or three maintenance issues since we moved in, and they were taken care of the next day. The maintenance staff is very friendly.....they go out of their way to make you happy. The walls can be a little thin, but that is part of apt living!
Overall, I would recommmed this apt. It is a nicely maintained community.
