I moved here to Waters Park in the middle of the summer, and I can vouch for the fair amount of inefficiency of these apartments. My electricity bill for a large one bedroom is rather high(about the same as my previous 3/1 house), but not outrageous by any means. There are many animals here, but none that I have seen to be obtrusive.

I beg to differ about the management staff. Christina is great. She not only remembered who I was months after moving in, but she still had the great charm and excitedness she had when I signed the lease over 6 months ago.

Rent is a little on the pricey side, but nothing completely unreasonable. I would normally expect a slightly nicer apartment for the price I am paying. Parking toward the front of the complex is a little scarce for visitors, but I am fine with it.

I never hear any noise from my immediate neighbor, but the ceilings/floors are rather thin and I can hear people walking above me.

Maintenance is prompt.
