Look for 3 Bedrooms in Austin'

We just renewed our rent.
We only found one other place "Oak Hollow" that offers 3 bedrooms with two drawbacks: they are all occupied and old.
Actually, 3 bedrooms are rare in Austin.
Waters Park is quite far from downtown and it's right, it's very difficult to get into the traffic at rush hours. Nevertheless, we always find some friendly drivers.
Management is a kind of special. They change a lot! I guess the situation is improving.
Maintenance is great. That's the priority. But don't think they are your slaves either.
The only black hole is the so-called business center. There is always something wrong: printer, Internet access, copier, even lack of letter-format paper.
We appreciate their free video and DVD service.
