Place has been great overall. I've had some parking problems, but I do see open parking spots near other buildings. Grounds are beautiful. Apartments are clean, I've never had problems with pet droppings...I tend to walk on the sidewalks though.

I wanted to move to a top floor unit that is bigger, my upstairs neighbor keeps strange hours and I think there's either aerobics or kickboxing classes going on or they're keeping a herd of elephants up there.

As for the staff, I've only had one maintenance request in the year I've been here, it was taken care of in one day. Office staff has been great. Everyone is at the least, professional. Couple of people have mentioned Christina. She is a gem. She seems genuinely happy to help you. She made leaving the complex hard, I know it will be unlikely to find someone like her at another complex.
