Terrible experience! Very beautiful floor plans but my apartment was a mess when I moved in - paint everywhere, holes in the walls, and caulking all over the place. The apt. manager was horrible and so were the office staff - couldn't seem to get me my water bill. I wrote my rent check for $1 OVER my rent and they send it back and tried to charge me late fees!

Water's Park strives to make resident's have a wonderful experience living here. We have not allowed a tenant to move in an apartment in such condition as mentioned above. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful and we go above and beyond to make our resident's happy. The water bills are sent in the mail to the resdidents mailbox and occasionally they get lost in the mail but we send reminder letters out so they know to remember to pay the bill. Late fees would not be charged for writing a check over the rental amount that is due.
