I lived at Waters Park for almost 3 years and moved out last August. My apartment was great and I never had any problems. When ever I had a maintenance issue, they fixed it that day or the very next. I also received all of my deposit back within a reasonable time frame. My apartment was very quiet and had the best view of tree tops. Parking was a little difficult at times, but what complex doesn't have this same problem. I would have never left but my job transferred down south so I had to go. I would recommend this place to everyone. It has a great location and hard workers to keep the place looking great. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
