The staff/management is GREAT at telling you what you want to hear, making you think everything will be taken care of, and then not taking care of ANYTHING the way they should.
Since living in Waters Park I've been lied to by the staff/management on numerous occasions, I was told the wrong information about the color of the countertops in BOTH apts I lived in at WP. I had a mouse in my apartment that they took an entire YEAR to get rid of. They signed for my UPS package that I never received. My boyfriend's car got broken into RIGHT in front of the building -- EVERYTHING in his vehicle was stolen & the theives did over $2000 in body damage to his car -- RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY BUILDING and the staff was rude to me about it and did not care when I tried to let them know so they could warn other residents. Good thing it's gated! NOT!! I think it was someone living in the complex who did it.

Oh, and I was charged for carpet that was already like 7 years old when I moved out and into another apt in the same complex.
Also, the residents are not friendly and don't make you feel safe. And if someone there saw your car getting broken into, they probably wouldn't even say anything.

The location is nice, the floorplans are nice...but the staff and the other people who live there pretty much suck. I'd keep looking if I were you.
