Used to Be Great...Now it is AWFUL!!!

Waters Park was owned by a different company in 2003 when we moved in and at that time the staff and management were great. Now the staff is NOT helpful! In fact they are RUDE and the management company is AWFUL.

BEWARE!!! The management appears to get money under the table from All-About-Towing company. They permitted a towing company to tow my fiance's car and made him pay $200 without a legitimate reason.

The Water's Park management does not care about their tenants and allowed this to happen on their private property! The Water's Park staff is on the side of the towing company in this case rather than that of residents who have lived there for 4 years.

I STRONGLY discourage anyone from choosing this complex as their home. We can't wait to never have to deal with the AWFUL management at Water's Park again!!!
