You are Obviously staff. You stated that you lived there for about a year now and "I've never had to wait more than 48 hrs for any of my maintenance issues" ...How many maintenance issues have you had in that 1 year? and what were they(I'm sure you will say something minor) because you are staff. Also you stated "I originally signed a 3 months lease and my husband and i intended to buy a house, but everyone in the office, especially ------, were so helpful that we decided to stay here instead." I know (as well as anyone with a brain) that if you were going to purchase a house , no matter how nice someone is that isnt going to stop you unless you are an idiot. Again proving you are staff, then you mention a specific name when praising "------"..how obvious are you. people that live there know staff is lazy and just drudges around and when you ask about something they just sem annnoyed ask anyone at the complex. People that live there also know staff will try to retaliate if they do not like you for whatever reason. That i why many people keep their mouths shut!

Beware! This is a bogus review by a Waterspark staff member. The only thing this review does is praise management. How convenient! Every sentence raises red flags. Not buying a house because management is great is a joke for the ages.

I am so sorry that you feel apartment ratings is a place for only bad things to be said about an apartment community and because not everyone shares in your concerns. My ---------------------- and I reply to most of the concerns expressed here at apartment ratings. There is no need for anyone on the team to place a bogus review, however, there is need for us to address your concerns and it time much better spent. If you have a concern, please call us anytime. Ask for me and I'll be glad to help.

what is going on with the management and staff at this place....you would think after all the "changes" with the property and the staff that cleaning house starting with the staff and hiring experienced individuals that "care" would not be a big deal and take precedence over everything else. Food for thought to the property owners::news flash the economy sux times are hard if you want to maintain a low vacancy rate at this complex I suggest you investigate the current staff...besides there are millions of unemployed individuals out so why doesn't the CEO pull his head out and find quality individuals in the PR field and hire them to replace the useless staff that is always being complained about.
