Honestly I would not recommend or even suggest you to get there, nobody cares when you get in, sarcastic greeting, poor management, they promise one thing in paper and do other thing, they change lease agreements and don't care how you are leaving. three times burglaries happened in 3 weeks, gates are always open back and front, for name sake its gated community but its pretty open. every renewal you have to pay from your pocket for the cleanup, just to name few... I don't want to suggest.

I am so sorry you feel the way you do, however, I would like to offer a few words to ease your mind on a few of the concerns you seem to be experiencing here at Waters Park. My name is Rupert-Anthony and I would like to be the first to tell you that I do care about you and every resident that lives here at Waters Park. I make it my daily job to insure all the needs of our residents are met, and since I personally am in the front office greeting people, you can always count on me, Ashley and Aracely to have a smile when you or anyone ever walks through our doors. We care about everyone from future residents to current residents, or even to extend a helping hand to someone who happens to walk in lost and needs directions. As far as changing lease agreements, it's a legal binding document and any changes made to it must be done and agreed upon in writing by both parties and anything to the contrary is a practice we never have or never will do. It is unfortunate crime can happen anywhere in the city, regardless of whether a home, an apartment community or place of business has a gate. We are constantly maintaining the community and if the gate or anything else on the grounds of Waters Park does not work, please call us and let us know. Although we???d love to have eyes all over the community, it???s from the help of caring residents like yourself that we are able to catch things we may have missed. We are here to make sure not only your apartment home but the community is a nice place to call home. In response to your renewal concern, I???m sorry to say I did not quite understand your issue. Since you did not leave contact information, I invite you to come into the office so we discuss your concerns in further detail and clarify your renewal concerns in person. Very impressive...this apology sounded quite sincere. You definitely must be a new hire after I moved out of the Waters Park complex...Too bad you weren't employed there sooner you may have been able to get another year or two out of myself and other former residents that could not wait to get out of that complex due to poor, low class management.
