I just moved to Austin from Pittsburgh, PA about three months ago and Waters Park has been my home during that time. First of all, my apartment was immaculate on move-in. New carpet, freshly painted walls, working/clean appliances, and new hardware in the bathroom. I rent the smallest 1 bedroom and think it is a very fair price. I've also used the pool several times when it was a bit warmer out and it was very nice.

I've had good experiences with the management staff too. Aracely is always friendly when she speaks with me about questions or concerns. And get this... I adopted a cat last month and I spoke with a gentleman in the office about setting up my pet-addendum to my lease and paying the $150 fee. He said he could make it into three payments of $50 AND he wouldn't put it on my bill until after the holidays were over. Come on, nobody else does that kind of stuff. It was really thoughtful.

And if you think I'm with the management and just faking a good review, I'm not. I live in apartment 1736 in the back and I really am enjoying my time living here.

The one bad thing I will say... I found the most ENORMOUS cockroach on my ceiling one night a few weeks ago! I keep my apartment really clean, so I know I'm not attracting them. My neighbors leave their trash sitting outside so I think maybe that's why it was around. But I only saw one, and there hasn't been any since, so I'm ok with it. I guess we do live in the south.

Oh and I think that there should be a code for the back gate instead of having to purchase a beeper.
