I spent a year here. The place was very nice, and I really have no complaints except for maybe parking was a bit annoying sometimes if you came home late. They have a lot of covered spots and a lot of garages that you can't park in front of. The maintenance team was responsive. They didn't charge us a ton of money when we moved out. Very happy with that. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I would be very carefuy moving here and make sure that if you do they tell you all your costs up front. They are very good at making mistakes and trying to get the tenants to cover for them. They are sneaky and cheats. Too many people here are very upset with the way the office team is trying to get more money out of tenants. This place is emptying out fast and not too many people moving in. Guess they have to get their money somehow! So lets rob our current tenants instead of working on keeping them here!!
