I have been at Waters Park for 3 months now and have thus far had a decent experience. The apartment had a few problems at move in, but all of them were taken care of quickly by maintenance. I have a third floor apartment with a great view of the tree tops over the creek bed. The view from my apartment is really beautiful and I really like the vaulted ceilings in the living room. The gates work about 85% of the time, which is good compared to other complexes I've lived at. Staff is friendly and remembers your name. I think some of the areas in the creek bed need to be cleaned up a bit. Other than that I really don't have any complaints. The apartment buildings are pretty solid, I never hear my neighbors. The buildings sometimes make settling and creaking noises, but that is normal for an older apartment. I'd say the best part is the awesome view and the cool North Austin breeze I catch from my patio. I'll report back if anything changes, but so far I've had a decent experience.
