I'm new to property, but so far no problems. I have only met the leasing assistants, 2 guys, and they're completely awesome. Don't know about the manager, however. Definitely bad parking, even with having garage, which is far away. Awesome balconies--really big. Have found a scorpion, but that's expected in newly built place. Wish they had a hottub, and extra exit/entrance so no u-turns at Slaughter required. Overall, really good value.
