keep going... this place is just not worth the high prices... and the lousey management; (thats another long story in its self). I'd say.. save yourself the trouble and keep going. There are a lot of better places in Austin. I guess Waters at Bluffs Edge doesn't need the business bad enough to clean up their management problems of lieing and stealing deposits. Record every thing!
Video tape apt. moving in and especially out. If you dont.. they will screw you over. If they do screw you over.. contact BBB and file complaint w/ Attorney Generals office... spread the word about them too. You can go to texas tennants rights online also. Good info on there. I think they are so use to students not fighting them... they think they can get away with alot.. and I'm sure they do.
