My experience was pretty decent. I lived there for a year. I'll start with the good.
1. the apt and carpet was clean and nice when i moved in.
2. you can get nice view of trees outside your window.
3. there are events held in the clubhouse for residents sometimes.
4. It seems there are some college students that live there so you may hear some parties every once in a while.

Bad parts:
1. the parking spaces are soo tiny, and on the weekends the spaces are almost always filled up. If you want to ensure that you have parking, get a car port or garage that you will have to pay for.

2.I had a leak in my bathroom faucet that was never fixed after maintenace came to look at it. I asked for it to be fixed 3 times. I just gave up after the 3rd time.

3. The water bill is tacked onto the rent.
