We lived here for two years and everything was great...Helpful staff, parties, decent resedents, etc. Now this place has gone to ----. For example, trash pick up is Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, but my lazy neighbors leave the trash out at any time. this equals racoons that come and spread the garbage all over the building. I then have to take my dog out, my poor baby wants to sniff all over the place but he cant because who knows what is in there. My old neighbor beat his wife and I could hear it through the walls. It made me cry and I had to call the cops one time. the pool used to be 24 hours until people started bringing thier whole families to live here who threw beer bottles and pool funature in the pool and ruined it for all of us. One time I was at the pool and saw a little boy about 3 years old in a full size life jacket trying to swim, no parent or adult supervision in sight. Fortunatly I went and told the manager (no longer with us) and she got him out before something devistating happened. The residents here suck (except my friends, by the way we are all moving), The employees were great until they all left. The new ones aren't bad but where's Stacey'' By the way, this might become a Sec. 8 property. Dont move here. And alcohol is no longer permited at any partyin the clubhouse . If your ghetto and want to deal drugs maybe this is the place for you. Get a garage though if you have a nice car, my friends whole car got stolen. Covered parking if you just have a normal car, unless you just want to walk.

Now in response to people complaining about not getting thier deposit back...That is what a deposit is for, damage incurred to the apartment. I've lived here 2 years and I'll admit it, I've spilled stuff on the floor, they probably will replace the carpet when I move out and take it out of my deposit, but I don't care. I forgot about that money a long time ago. If an apt. complex does not refund your deposit without giving you a valid reason then you need to contact a lawyer, not complain on a website.

And one more thing...I work retail, and understand that customer service is important. However, sometimes you just have to put customers in thier place. People can be so rude and irrational and no one deserves to be treated that way or should have to put up with it, even if they work for you. If the staff was ever rude, it was for a reason. I dealt with the staff here alot and never had a problem at all, but I have manners and never gave anyone a reason to be mean to me.
