I lived at the Waters at Bluff Springs for 1 year and 3 months. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is a business office with two computers with internet access and two printers, which I used frequently.
I've never had problems with the management. They do like to check the smoke detectors all the time. I swear they checked those smoke detectors at least three times while I was there, but it's usually during the day when I was gone.
I definitely had trouble finding parking at night. I had to park around the corner near a dumpster.
The one bedroom I lived in was tiny, but I knew that when I was given the tour. I thought of it as cozy...lol.
Overall, it's a great place to live. I definitely recommend this place.
