I've lived at the Waters for a year and I'd have to say that parking is a total nightmare. If you don't have a covered parking or a garage then you might as well park on the other side of 35 because thats how far you'll be walking, It almost seemed that if one resident in the complex had a visitor it was one visitor too many. Parking is TERRIBLE! Oh yea, and did I mention that there are only 4 washing machines and 4 dryers with no change machine in sight! How dumb is that'' The overall experience at the Waters was okay, managment was not the best, but not the worst I've seen. Other than parking/managment and Laundry room issues my living experience was okay. I would definetly recommend to others who like to walk long distances and wait forever to wash clothes...

HORRIBLE place to live! Don't live here. Maintenance is wonderful, management and staff... Out of control, very, very rude and selfish. They NEVER smile and if they do, it is forced. If you fear scorpions, do not move here but if you fear not, move in but do not expect them to exterminate the appropriate way. I killed 3 scorpions within 2 days AFTER they sprayed. NO, I will not get my deposit back, but I dont care because leaving this place will be worth it. When management wants to leave a note on your door, the make it known that they are there. They BEAT and BEAT on your door. Okay, someone must have gotten in trouble when I saw this happen but dang, do you have to get all puffy and swollen, march up the stairs like a mad woman and beat down the door? Just leave the dang note in a professional matter. For future reference, if you dont see the BBB sign on the door, DONT MOVE IN. Rumor is, is that Waters will be turning into a section 8 property. Management denied the rumors but has there ever been a letter sent out to the community letting us knows that this rumor was false? No go figure. LOL
