HORRIBLE place to live! Don't live here. Maintenance is wonderful, management and staff... Out of control, very, very rude and selfish. They NEVER smile and if they do, it is forced. If you fear scorpions, do not move here but if you fear not, move in but do not expect them to exterminate the appropriate way. I killed 3 scorpions within 2 days AFTER they sprayed.
NO, I will not get my deposit back, but I don’t care because leaving this place will be worth it.
When management wants to leave a note on your door, the make it known that they are there. They BEAT and BEAT on your door. Okay, someone must have gotten in trouble when I saw this happen but dang, do you have to get all puffy and swollen, march up the stairs like a mad woman and beat down the door' Just leave the dang note in a professional matter.
For future reference, if you don’t see the BBB sign on the door, DON’T MOVE IN. Rumor is, is that Waters will be turning into a section 8 property. Management denied the rumors but has there ever been a letter sent out to the community letting us knows that this rumor was false' No… go figure. LOL…

I agree with you 100%, these apartments arent't that great, and I'd have to say the office staff is always rude, unfriendly and not very helpful. Believe me, don't waste your time and money here!! Your not missing out on a thing!

I disagree. For one, management is more than likely pounding on your door because you haven't paid you rent or owe money...so pay and they wouldn't pound on your door! And about the property turning into Section 8, does it actually look like it should be section 8? Don't believe everything you hear. I don't think management should have to send out a letter just because of a stupid rumor!
