I moved in here in february and overall i liked this apt more then any that i have lived at. I have to agree about the parking but you get used to it. I one night came home to find the BEST parking spot for bein that late at night. the next morning my roomate left and called me to tell me that my car was missing it's two front tires and sitting on blocks. i couldn't afford to get it replaced so it sat there for a few weeks. to top off my bad luck i came home to the nice orange sticker informing me that i was going to be towed. I went back to the office and the manager later called me to let me know that they were just going to tow it to another parking spot and they would pay for it. what happened was not their fault and handled it nicely in the end. i would renew my lease if i had a roomate to live w/ and if my rent wasn't raised. but i do recommend it. all my neighbors are nice and if you aren't as lucky and have crappy neighbors that isn't the apt complex fault. and josh in the office is a real nice guy! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

after writing this myself. i had a few things happen... napping on the couch one day when i hear banging on the door and seconds later keys in the door and mail voices... luckily it was the maintenence and fire marshall checking the walls but that was not my preference on how to wake up from a nap... my roomates car got broken into and her stereo got stolen and then (minor but happened) after already having my tires stolen once... my hubcaps got jacked too. i wanted to stay but i would be paying more for the small 2 bedroom then i do now for the big 2 bedroom.
