This place sucks...

It's bad enough that the management has changed and you NEVER see the new manager, the good maint. guy has been gone awhile, and the new guy never gets off the goftcart. Uses a stick to pick up trash, and the place has like 5000 cigarette butts on it... lights are always out, and he's putting some kind of bug lights on the buldings instead of LITES that put out lighting for those of us who pay to live there.. I won't renew my lease...
