I've lived at Water's at Bluff Springs for 3 years (2005 - 2008) and found it to be very adequate. The staff is very responsive to my requests and when I moved out, they returned my deposit timely, without me having to call. The grounds are well kept. The only thing I would complain about is the noisy neighbors who should have respect for other residents and not party until wee hours of the night...on the balcony and also parking at times can be a nightmare, especially when you get in late. Also, the walls are fairly thin, I could easily hear my noisy upstairs neighbors from both sides, top and side! I found it to be a safe community and price was decent for the square footage I got. Management was always friendly towards me. The location is absolutely gorgeous, especially if you happen to get the balcony facing the scenic view. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
